How long is the delivery?
Delivery time is 2-3 weeks; however, it may change depending on the queue size, material availability, etc.
How do I know which cable goes where?
Every connection in the wiring harness is marked. A comprehensive wiring guide is also included with the order! If you have even the slightest uncertainty or problem during installation, please do not hesitate to contact us; it is always better to confirm with us and avoid potential errors!
What if the wiring harness is not as expected, or it doesn't work?
Wiring harnesses come with a defect liability, so we will replace or repair the wiring harness. We also help if the customer wants to repair the harness themselves. In this case, please contact us by email or another platform. If the customer has damaged or broken the wiring harness through their own actions, we are not responsible.
So how does Plug and Play work, and what parts do I need to send?
Simply put, the customer sends us the electrical components via post. After placing an order, you will receive an email containing shipping information and general details. You can also contact us by replying to that email. The parts you generally need to send are:
-Headlight
-Tail light
-Ignition switch
-Stator
If you buy for an additional connection, please also send the component for that connection. For example, if you choose a thermometer connection, send the thermometer; if you choose turn signals, send the turn signals, the flasher relay, and the handlebar switch, etc.
In certain situations, the old wiring harness is also necessary.
