Simple and neat battery-free Manki wiring harness!

This set without additional connections includes the following connections:

• Front light
• Taillight
• Ignition switch
• Stator
• Voltage regulator
• CDI with quick connector
• Ignition coil

The 12V Garage wiring harnesses are built with quality in mind! The connectors are the popular and well-known Deutsch DT waterproof connectors (not genuine from the original manufacturer).

Wire: 1.5mm vehicle wire.

Coating/protection: wiring harness coating/Fleece tape.

Accessories and materials used in wiring harnesses

It is recommended to crimp the mating connector pins with crimping pliers made for non-insulated connectors. The mating connector pins can also be fitted with needle-nose pliers if crimping pliers are not available. Always have a few more mating connector pins than necessary in case of installation errors.

Manki wiring harnesses are battery-free. The CDI comes with a quick connector and these kits are available with a 4-Pin or 5-Pin CDI connection. Manki wiring harnesses are mainly sized for Manki only, but the kit may also fit other Monkeytype mopeds (Polini, YCF, etc.). However, we do not guarantee that it will fit other Monkeytype mopeds and the customer is responsible for this.

The wiring harness comes with:

• 5A fuse
• Connection instructions

It is also possible to buy a wiring harness by sending the electrical components to us by post and we will attach the mating connectors etc. directly to the electrical components and test the functionality.
