According to the Consumer Protection Act, individual products made or modified according to the consumer's wishes (e.g. custom-made clothing, engraved jewelry) do not have the normal 14-day right of withdrawal for online shopping. However, the product must have a defect liability: if the product is defective, the seller must repair or replace it, or cancel the transaction.
