Under the consumer protection law, products that are specifically made to respond the consumers wishes or needs (For example customized clothes, engraved jewelry and in this case customized wiring harnesses) Do not have the normal online stores 14 day return policy. The product still has liability for errors: If the product is incorrectly made, doesn't work etc. 12V Garage will fix, exchange or undo the transaction.
